[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nMISSISSAUGA, ON, July 28 /CNW/ - ClubLink Enterprises Limited (formerly\nTri-White Corporation) (the "Company") (TSX: CLK) announced today the\ncompletion of the previously announced amalgamation (the "Amalgamation") of\nClubLink Corporation ("ClubLink") (TSX: LNK) and 2207610 Ontario Inc.\n("2207610"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Amalgamation was\napproved by the shareholders of ClubLink at the annual and special meeting\nheld on June 30, 2009. The amalgamated entity will continue to carry on\nbusiness under the name "ClubLink Corporation". The Company now indirectly\nholds all of the outstanding shares of ClubLink Corporation.\n\n\nAs described in the ClubLink Corporation Management Information Circular\ndated May 29, 2009, in accordance with the terms of the amalgamation agreement\ndated May 29, 2009 among ClubLink Corporation, 2207610 and the Company,\nshareholders of ClubLink Corporation, other than the Company and its\naffiliates, received, for each common share of ClubLink, 1.1 common shares of\nthe Company.\n\n\nThe common shares of the Company issued in connection with the\nAmalgamation are now listed and posted for trading on the Toronto Stock\nExchange under the new symbol CLK.\n\n\nAs previously announced, applications will be filed to de-list the common\nshares of ClubLink from trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange and for ClubLink\nCorporation to cease to be a reporting issuer. In order to receive share\ncertificates representing common shares in the Company, former shareholders of\nClubLink Corporation must deliver a properly completed Letter of Transmittal,\ntogether with such shareholder's ClubLink Corporation share certificates and\nany other document that is required to be delivered therewith to CIBC Mellon\nTrust Company.\n\n\nThe Company also announced that Messrs.
