A total of 160,596,973\nshares were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting, representing\napproximately 34.41% of the Company's outstanding shares. TVI's Annual General\nMeeting was held May 28h, 2009, at the Calgary Petroleum Club.\n\n\nThe following Board members stood for election and were duly re-elected:\nClifford M. James, Robert C. Armstrong, C. Brian Cramm, Jan R. Horejsi, and\nPeter C.G. Richards. These individuals will hold office until the next TVI\nannual meeting. Of the 153,921,864 votes cast, 99.13% were in favour of the\nelection of the directors, while 0.87% were withheld.\n\n\nIn addition, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was re-appointed as the external\nauditor of the Company and will hold office until the next annual meeting at\nsuch remuneration as may be determined by the directors of the Company.\nApproximately 99.64% of the 153,921,865 votes cast supported the appointment\nof the auditors and 0.36% were withheld.\n\n\n"We thank all shareholders who attended the meeting in person or by\nproxy," stated Cliff James, TVI's President and CEO.
