Eutaw AL/ PR NEWSWIRE / October 27, 2015/ DIBZ INTERNATIONAL INC., (NV) (OTC Markets: DIBZ) DIBZ International Inc., enters into a formal Letter of Intent (“LOI”)  to acquire 100% of the operations and assets of Mecanismo  Ltd, as well as purchase 100% of the operations, equity, assets and liabilities of Mecanismo Inc.,

The Company has formed a “NewCo” and is in the process of finalizing negotiations with a highly experienced executive who will serve as President/ CEO of  the acquired “NewCo” operations, as well as a variety of support staff in London UK, Miami FL & New York NY.
