While TRBO produced a video titled, \"Can you really extend the life of Milk\", and branded the technology \"Xtendit\", TRBO is still engaged, but MST is reorganizing their launch after which TRBO is standing by for additional assignments.TRBO announced June 15, 2018 it had entered into negotiations with GP Brands, Inc. to amend the April 20, 2017 OPTION CONTRACT. TRBO decided not to proceed with this transaction and the OPTION has expired.TRBO announced June 27, 2018 a marketing alliance with Packwood Investments, LLC, the Producers of \"Duck Commander, The Tour\". While TRBO produced 17-videos for the interactive experience, expectations for attandance were not achieved, so the tour was closed fall 2018 by the owner/operators.TRBO announced September 21, 2018 execution of a Letter of Intent to acquire ooYoe, Inc. Further steps to obtain a definitive agreement were ceased after our due diligence. ooYoe is working on proving their working model and TRBO will revisit this opportunity once certain milestones are achieved.TRBO announced September 27, 2018 it has signed a MOU forming a joint venture company to bring the BioProtect Us System to market. After extensive negotiations, both parties reached a stalemate but amicably agreed to not pursue the joint venture.TRBO announced April 2, 2019 an MOU for a strategic alliance with Pizza Partners Operations, LLC as sole-source for advertising and marketing services.
