This information is extracted in full unedited text from the Annual Report and Accounts.\n \nThe Preliminary Announcement included a set of condensed financial statements and a fair review of the development and performance of the business and the position of the Company and the group.\n \nIn accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each of the Annual Report and Accounts, the 2014 Notice of Annual General Meeting and the form of proxy in relation to the 2014 Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at www.hemscott.com.
