The Company is also pleased to announce it has published its Sustainability Report and Climate Risk and Resilience Report, which are also available on the Company's website: \n \n www.tullowoil.com\n \n . \n \n \n It is anticipated that the Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 25 May 2022 and the Notice of Meeting will be sent out in due course.\n \n \n In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5(2)(b) and the Central Bank of Ireland's Transparency [Directive 2004/109/EC] Regulations, additional information is set out in the appendices to this announcement.
