Jasper Mining Corporation to raise $367,500

CALGARY, Feb. 25 /CNW/ - Jasper Mining Corporation announces a non-brokered private placement of 1,050,000 Units, priced at $0.35 per unit, for a total amount of $367,500. Each unit will consist of 1 common share and one-half common share purchase warrant. Two half warrants entitling the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $0.50 per share on or before the date that is 18 months from the closing date.

The private placement will result in the issuance of 1,050,000 common shares and 525,000 share purchase warrants.
