Jasper Mining Corporation re-files financial statements

CALGARY, Dec. 21, 2012 /CNW/ - Jasper Mining Corporation ("Jasper") (TSX-V:JSP) announces that it has decided to re-file its December 31, 2011 financial statements.  The restatement, which is explained more thoroughly in note 25 to the financial statements, relates to the classification of flow-through share interest payable under Part XII.6 Interest and Penalties on the Statements of Cashflow.
