A total of 9 drill pads have been approved, intended to test a high\ngrade molybdenite vein system previously reported in two adits (Ben Derby\nMINFILE occurrence 082FNE125) and the Company's previous drill programs\n(previously reported in News Releases dated July 27, 2006 and July 4, 2007).\nIn addition, a grid has been completed preparatory to a ground IP survey\ntentatively scheduled to commence in the next month. This program is expected\nto provide valuable information on the vein system, its orientation and\ncontinuity (both along strike and at depth) as well as variations in\nmolybdenum grade.\n\n\nThe first hole was collared last week and is intended to continue\nevaluation of high grade molybdenite-bearing veins previously reported. The\nprogram consists of 9 approved drill pads. Shallower and steeper holes may be\ndrilled from each pad so as to test the extent of the vein system and also\ndetermine the down-dip continuity.\n\n\nThe IP survey will be conducted on a grid consisting of 11 lines oriented\nperpendicular to the trend of the molybdenite-bearing veins. This initial\ngeophysical test program will consist of a detailed 3D Induced Potential\nsurvey, intended to evaluate the response of high grade, molybdenite-bearing\nquartz veins in relation to host rocks.\n\n\nIn the course of preparing the survey grid, the second reported adit of\nthe Ben Derby MINFILE occurrence was located. The adit follows a quartz plus\nsericite plus molybdenite vein approximately 30 cm thick trending eastward\ninto the hillside. The adit comprising the Ben Derby occurrence are located\ngenerally along the same trend, however, it has not been determined if they\nrepresent adits along the same (single) vein or are adits along a layered vein\nsystem.\n\n\nThe property is adjacent to, and is contiguous with, the Company's Lydy\nproperty. Together, the Lydy and McFarlane properties comprise a composite\nproperty of 4,259 ha (10,524 acres), encompassing an area 11 km east-west by\n4 km north-south. Both the Lydy property (1,201 ha; 2,968 acres) and the\nMcFarlane property (3,058 ha; 7,556 acres) are 100% owned ...
