Jasper Mining Corporation appoints new director

CALGARY, July 16 /CNW/ - Jasper Mining Corporation (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, Miles Blake Willard of Okotoks, Alberta was appointed to the Board of Directors effective June 10, 2009.

Mr. Willard recently retired as the Captain of the City of Calgary Fire Department. Mr. Willard devotes much of his time to local charitable foundations.
