The Isintok property consists of 21 separate mineral\ntenures, comprising approximately 2,789 hectares (6,893 acres), located\napproximately 25 km west-southwest of Summerland, BC and 20 km north of\nHedley.\nCompilation of available data from previous programs (see Press Release\ndated March 15, 2006) have documented weakly to relatively strongly anomalous\ncopper +/- molybdenum results in both soil and (diamond and percussion) drill\ndata over a considerable area underlain by the current mineral tenures. The\nongoing objective of the Company is to locate, and define, a copper-\nmolybdenum +/- gold, porphyry-style deposit similar to the Brenda Mine,\nlocated approximately 40 km north of the property. \"The Brenda mine began\nproduction in early 1970 with measured geological (proven) reserves of\n160,556,700 tonnes grading 0.183 percent copper and 0.049% molybdenum at a\ncutoff of 0.3 per cent copper equivalent (eCu (equal sign) %Cu + (3.45% Mo)\" (BC MINFILE\n092HNE047) (Note: reported prior to implementation of, and therefore not\ncompliant with, National Instrument 43-101). The Company model is, therefore,\ncopper + molybdenum +/- gold porphyry-style mineralization grading a minimum\nof 1830 ppm copper and 490 ppm molybdenum.\nThe Company has mobilized a diamond drill onto, and contracted an\nairborne geophysical survey of, the property to commence the 2006 exploration\nprogram. Diamond drilling (contracted to F.B. Drilling of Cranbrook, BC) has\ncommenced with 247 feet of NQ core recovered to date. A total of 6 pads, with\nup to 3 holes per pad, have been permitted to test a possible mineralized\nannulus, interpreted from a review of previous drill results (see Press\nRelease dated March 15, 2006) and the 2005 Fugro Airborne Surveys geophysical\nsurvey (see Press Release dated February 17, 2006). Coincident geophysical\nanomalies, comprised of a relatively well developed resistivity high\n(conductivity low) and a magnetic high, appear to correlate with anomalous\ncopper +/- molybdenum mineralization previously documented in previous drill\nprograms. The Company intends to test this interpretation through the prop...
