The deemed value of the shares is $0.40 per\nshare and the shares will be subject to a four month hold period.\nThe 2 cells/claims total 103.49 acres and are contiguous with the\nCompany's existing McFarlane properties in south eastern British Columbia.\nIn accordance with the Company's interpretation of airborne geophysics\nflown in 2005, the 2 cells/claims appear to be prospective for molybdenum and\ncopper.\nThe transaction is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.\n\nThe TSX Venture Exchange has not reviewed and does not accept\nresponsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.\n\n\n","length":1042,"tagName":"div"}]
