The deemed value of the\nshares is $0.35 per share and the shares will be subject to a four month hold\nperiod.\nThe 59 cells/claims total 3,057 acres and are contiguous with the\nCompany's existing Isintok properties in south eastern British Columbia. In\naccordance with the Company's interpretation of airborne geophysics flown in\n2005, the 59 cells/claims appear to be prospective.\nThe transaction is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.\n\nThe TSX Venture Exchange has not reviewed and does not accept\nresponsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.\n\n\n\n","length":974,"tagName":"div"}]
