CALGARY, Dec. 4, 2014 /CNW/ - Jasper Mining Corporation ("Jasper") (TSX-V:JSP) today announced that at its annual meeting of shareholders held on December 3, 2014, each of the four nominees proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated October 31, 2014, were elected as directors. 31.27% of the shareholders of Jasper voted in person or by proxy at the meeting.
