Richard has a proven track record of driving organic growth, change initiatives and cost efficiencies. He started his career at Deloitte, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Richard holds a MA in Engineering and Land Economy from Cambridge University.\n \nEric Lakin, Acting Chief Executive Officer, commented:\n \n\"I am delighted to announce Richard's appointment and warmly welcome him to TT.
