[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n \n15 August 2023\n \nTruSpine Technologies plc\n(\"TruSpine\" or the \"Company\")\n \nSubscription\n \nTruSpine Technologies plc, (AQSE: TSP) the medical device company focused on the development of its pioneering \"screwless,\" spinal (vertebral) stabilisation systems announces it has raised gross proceeds of £50,000 through the subscription of 2,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 2.5 pence per share (\"Subscription Shares\") under its existing share authorities.\nAdmission\n \nApplication has been made for the Subscription Shares to be admitted to trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market on or around 18 August 2023 (\"Admission\") and will rank pari passu with the ordinary shares of the Company in issue.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nFollowing Admission of the 2,000,000 new ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 120,311,869 ordinary shares with voting rights. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
