(“Sandstorm”) (NYSE MKT: SAND, TSX: SSL) to grant royalties on three projects in consideration of the payment of $1,500,000 USD.\n\n \n\nThe package of assets in the Royalty Sale includes:\n\n \n\n\n\tthe grant of a 1% NSR on the Company’s wholly owned Botswana subsidiary Gcwihaba Resources (Pty) Ltd. prospecting metal licenses in northwest Botswana;\n\tthe grant of a 1% GPR on the Company’s Botswana wholly owned subsidiary Bosoto (Pty) Ltd. precious stone prospecting license (PL217/2016) located in the Orapa Kimberlite Field; ...
