[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1924V Braveheart Investment Group plc 19 July 2018 \n\n19 July 2018\n \n \nBraveheart Investment Group plc\n(\"Braveheart\" or the \"Company\")\n \nResult of Annual General Meeting\nResult of General Meeting\nFurther re Proposed Reduction of Share Capital\n \n \nBraveheart Investment Group plc (AIM: BRH), the fund management and strategic investor group, announces that, at its annual general meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.\n \nThe Company also announces that at its general meeting held earlier today, the special resolution was duly passed in relation to the cancellation of the Company's share premium account (the \"Capital Reduction\"), to enable the Directors to consider the payment of dividends to its shareholders as a means of returning income to shareholders should the Directors consider it appropriate to do so. \n \nThe Capital Reduction is now conditional on confirmation by the Court and on the appropriate documents being lodged with the Registrar of Companies. An application to the Court will be made shortly, and the procedure is expected to be completed within six to eight weeks. \n \nThe Directors have been advised that, having regard to the circumstances at the date of this announcement, the Court is expected to confirm the Capital Reduction. The Directors are not, however, able to guarantee the Court's confirmation of the Capital Reduction. It is important to note that the Capital Reduction will not take effect unless it is confirmed by the Court. \n \nFurther details of the Capital Reduction are set out in the Company's announcement of 18 June 2018 and the circular sent to Shareholders on 21 June 2018 (the \"Circular\").
