The amount is part of a £3 million total raised since March 2010 by the private company that produces Olly the Little White Van, a highly creative animated children's TV series. \n \nFollowing its June 2011 debut on CiTV and ITV1, the programme is being broadcast twice daily from 5 September, and continues to grow its ratings. By 7 August the series saw an increase of 233% in viewers from its first episode, outperforming pre-school competition in its timeslot. The funds raised will go towards making and marketing a new series. The property is the first of several planned by Ideas at Work, a creative company founded by the children's advertising specialist Henry Becket, who is also CEO of Olly Limited.
