Braveheart Investment Group plc (AIM: BRH) confirms the immediate change of name to Truetide plc (the "Name Change").

The Company is pleased to announce that Companies House issued a change of name certificate on 9 October 2025 and the name change to Truetide plc from Braveheart Investment Group plc has become effective immediately.

Further to the announcement made on 26 September 2025, the Company confirms that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new ticker "TRUE" is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 13 October 2025. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.

In conjunction with the Name Change, the Company's website address will change to www.truetide.co.uk. All information required by AIM Rule 26 will be located on the "Investors Relations" section of the website with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 13 October 2025.

Shareholders' rights are unaffected by the change and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid.
