She will also be a member of the Remuneration and the Audit and Compliance committees.\n \n \n \n \n \n Dr Qu Li is an experienced entrepreneur, investor and businesswoman with over 30 years of experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, development and restructuring, and financing and investments. Dr Li has worked across several business disciplines, including research and development, design and engineering, manufacturing and logistics, marketing and PR, and management and finance. Dr Li is currently a non-executive director of IQ-AI Limited, a company listed on the Standard List of the London Stock Exchange.\n \n \n \n \n \n Dr Li obtained her PhD from Leeds University in Materials Engineering. She has held various senior positions and directorship in both private and public companies. Dr Li is currently the founder and CEO of Morris Commercial Ltd. Morris Commercial is a British car manufacturing company which produces zero emission full battery electric vehicles that incorporate the iconic original Morris design heritage.\n \n \n \n \n \n Trevor Brown, CEO of Braveheart commented, \"We are very pleased that Qu has agreed to join the Board of Braveheart.
