As a result of these recommendations and restrictions, it will not be possible to attend the Meeting in person. All Unitholders as of the close of business on May 8, 2020, regardless of geographic location, will be able to attend the Meeting via audio webcast and teleconference and ask questions following the formal proceedings and management's operational presentation.
