Each Unit consists of 1 common share and 1 common share purchase\nwarrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at\n$0.50 per share for a period of one year from closing. The Corporation\nanticipates that the proceeds from the private placement will be used as\nfollows:\n\n1. Website development costs\n2. Legal and accounting expenditures related to the development of the\n Trius group of limited partnerships, hedge funds and mutual funds,\n and\n3. Marketing and sales related expenses related to the promotion of the\n Trius group of limited partnerships, hedge funds and mutual funds.\n\nTrius Investments Inc. is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the\nsymbol \"TRU\".
