(TSX-V:TLG)\n("Tagish") announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders was held\nin Vancouver, British Columbia on March 29, 2007 at which:\n\n\n- Messrs. Robert Bryce, Charles de Chezelles, Gregory Hawkins and Robert\n Rodger, incumbent directors of the Company, together with Mr. Robert\n Chafee of Toronto, Ontario, were elected as directors of the Tagish for\n the coming year; and\n\n- Smythe Ratcliffe, the incumbent auditors of the Company, were\n re-appointed auditors of the Company for the coming year.\n\n\nMr. Robert Rodger, President of the Company, stated "The Company is\nparticularly pleased to have Mr. Robert Chafee on the Board of Directors. In\naddition to being a large shareholder, Mr. Chafee's many years of experience\nin building companies will serve Tagish well as the Company moves to\nproduction with the Skukum Creek project. And, we are gratified by the\nShareholders' interest in the Company, as shown by the number of Shareholders\npresent at the meeting, the best attendance ever at an Annual Meeting."\n\n\nIn response to questions from shareholders, the progress that the Company\ncontinues to make in moving to production was described during the meeting.\nThe underground work currently underway at Skukum Creek has demonstrated\nexceptional mineralization in the Rainbow Two zone (Please see News Release of\nMarch 27, 2007). Engineering studies and the Environmental Assessment Report\nare all moving forward to completion. The Skukum Property is well situated\nwith respect to infrastructure, such as hydro-electric energy in the Yukon, a\nmajor cost advantage for the Company.\n\n\nAbout Tagish Lake Gold Corp.\n\n\nTagish Lake Gold Corp. explores for and develops high grade gold-silver\nmineral deposits in the Yukon Territory of Canada.
