(TSX.V -\nTLG) announces that the mineral processing test work on samples from the high\ngrade gold-silver Rainbow zone on the Skukum Creek deposit in the Yukon has\ndemonstrated an improvement in silver recoveries from 50% to 70%, through the\nuse of different reagents in the flotation circuit.\nThe objective of the test program is to definitively determine the\nmineral processing for the zones at Skukum Creek, to provide over 90 %\nrecovery for gold, in addition to the silver. The current test program\nindicates flotation of a bulk concentrate, followed by leaching, remains the\nprocess method of choice.\nThese studies will also provide the data and information necessary to\nestablish the process plant flowsheet. The report outlining these results is\nexpected shortly. Additional testing to improve on the results is ongoing. In\naddition, process testing will be conducted on samples from the Rainbow Two\nzone where diamond drilling is presently underway.\nRobert Rodger, President of Tagish Lake Gold Corp. said, \"The improved\nrecoveries of the excellent silver values in the zones at Skukum Creek will\nhave a dramatic impact on revenues from the project.
