(the \"Company\") at the Company's 2013 Annual General and Special Meeting (the \"Meeting\") in Vancouver on November 15, 2013.\n\n \n \nThe following matters were voted upon and approved: Bill Harris, Greg Johnson, John Anderson, John Burges, Marco Strub, and Tim Termuende were re-elected to serve on the Board of Directors and Mackay LLP was reappointed as the Company's Auditor. The Company's Stock Option Plan was re-approved. Both of the Company's Special Resolutions, requiring a two-thirds majority vote, were also approved at the Meeting. 8,870,000 stock options issued to Insiders of the Company have been re-priced at an exercise price of $0.10, as detailed more fully in the Circular.
