Marquis Tech Holdings, Inc. (PINK Sheets: MGRN) reports that on March 15, 2012, Tritent Int'l Agriculture, Inc. of Cascade, Iowa, obtained majority control of Marquis Tech Holdings, Inc. ("MGRN"). Relevant articles of amendment and merger have been filed with the State of Pennsylvania Department of State.

On May 4, 2012, the Company's name with the State of Pennsylvania has formally changed to Tritent Int'l Agriculture, Inc. The Company is in the process of completing its initial disclosure statement and anticipates its publication no later than May 18, 2012.
