Company Investor Immigration Plan Approved by USCIS

After close to six months of processing, the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service has approved Tritent Int’l Agriculture, Inc.’s very first investor immigration petition on August 10, 2012.

According to Nathaniel K. Hsieh, President of the Company who is also a practicing attorney primarily in immigration laws, the current U.S. immigration laws permit anyone and his or her immediate family to immigrate to the United States provided they invest a minimum of $1 million dollars,  create ten full-time American jobs and be able to prove in five years of time that the business will still be viable. In rural and economically distressed areas, the minimum amount of investment hasbeen reduced to $500,000.

Mr. Hsieh is quick to add, “the approval of the investor immigration petition is a complete validation of our company’s business plan and model by the federal government.  We are therefore extremely pleased and excited.”

When inquired about how many such investors have invested in the company, Mr. Hsieh stated that at the present time the Company has received two of such investment. The business plan calls for 20 plus similar investment in the near future. Talks of establishing an immigration investment region which can accommodate more than 200 investors for the tri-state area is also being initiated by the company, according to Mr.Hsieh, the president.
