Company Initial Disclosure Statement Filed

After acquiring Tritent Int’l Agriculture, Inc., an Iowa company, Marquis Tech Holdings, Inc. has since undergone the merger with Tritent Int'l Agriculture, Inc. (TRIAGRA) as the surviving company name with its incorporating state, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Company is happy to announce that all relevant initial disclosure statement and corporate financial information have been updated with the OTC markets.

Nathaniel K. Hsieh, the Company CEO and Chairman of the Board, stated that the Company is on target to implement its business plan in building a 200,000 lb daily fresh milk processing plant for infant formula manufacturing in Easter Iowa and Southwestern Wisconsin area.  Thetargeted date of plant completion is May 31, 2013. Its targeted market in the growing Chinese formula market.

Once the plant becomes operational, it willjoin no more than five existing U.S. manufacturers certified for infant formula manufacturing by the USDA and FDA.  During the construction of the plant, interim contract manufacturing of the Union Milk brand of products have also been planned and currently under implementation for infant formula,children’s growth formula, all-age formula and colostrum supplement. 

TheCompany’s products will set it apart from both Chinese domestic andinternational manufacturers and competitors in that the Union Milk brand ofproducts are products not only made and packaged in America, but also products made withmost natural and advanced scientific formula, including both organic milk andcolostrum as major ingredients. For its stage one development, TRIAGRA seeks totarget the top income earning families in Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities and countiesalong the Southeastern coastal regions of China. With China becoming thelargest and fastest-growing formula market in the world, TRIAGRA intends tocultivate and occupy one percent (1%) of this multi-billion dollar Chinesemarket by 2015.
