New case studies on the Tristel website (www.tristel.com/surfaces.html) describe the positive experiences that led to recent conversions to Tristel Fuse at Homerton University Hospital (London, UK) and Tristel Fuse and Tristel Jet at University College London Hospitals NHS Trust (London, UK).  The University College London study is to be presented as a scientific poster at the Infection Prevention Society conference in Bournemouth later this year.  \n \nIn both cases, the proven effectiveness of the chlorine dioxide-based Tristel for Surfaces range, coupled with ease of use and acceptance by the end users, were major factors. It permits accurate directional application and eliminates any health and safety concerns associated with aerosols. A thickened formulation allows it to cling effectively to hard surfaces, for wiping.  \n \nTristel CEO Paul Swinney said: \"Our experience is that for effective cleaning and disinfection in the healthcare environment it is essential to have products that are not only effective but that are easy and pleasant for operators to use. Staff don't have the time to spend on counting tablets or measuring out liquids to get the correct concentrations, a...
