[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9349P Tristel PLC 24 February 2016 \n\nTRISTEL plc\n(\"Tristel\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nHalf Yearly Report\nUnaudited Interim Results for the six months ended 31 December 2015\n \nTristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, announces its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2015, which are better than expected at the AGM.\n \nTristel's lead technology is a proprietary chlorine dioxide formulation and the Company addresses three distinct markets:\n· The Human Healthcare market (hospital infection prevention - via the Tristel brand)\n· The Contamination Control market (control of contamination in critical environments - via the Crystel brand)\n· The Animal Healthcare market (veterinary practice infection prevention - via the Anistel brand)\n \nFinancial highlights\n· Revenue up 8% to £8m (2014: £7.4m)\n· Overseas sales up 20% to £2.9m (2014: £2.4m), representing 36% of total sales\n· EBITDA before share based payments up 27% to £1.9m (2014: £1.5m)\n· Pre-tax profit before share based payments up 36% to £1.5m (2014: £1.1m)\n· EPS before share based payments up 40% to 2.89p (2014: 2.07p)\n· Interim dividend of 1.14p per share (2014: 0.585p), an increase of 95%\n· Significant increase in operational cash flow, with net cash at period end of £4.3m (2014: £2.9m)\n \nOperational highlights\n· Company continues to invest for future growth \n· Focus on margins and cost control\n· 510(K) pre-submission meeting request made to the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA)\n· Successful implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning system throughout the Group\n \nCommenting on current trading, Paul Swinney, Chief Executive of Tristel, said:\n\"We are pleased to report strong half-on-half profits growth, which has translated into an increase in cash and a substantial increase in the interim dividend.
