[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 0544D Tristel PLC 25 November 2009 \n \n\nTristel plc\n\n(\"Tristel\" or \"the Company\")\n\nResult of General Meeting \n\n\nTristel announces that further to the announcement on 9 November 2009 at the general meeting held today all resolutions were duly passed.\n\nFollowing the passing of the resolutions at the general meeting, the Company confirms that admission of the 3,571,429 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the placing announced on 9 November 2009 to trading on AIM is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 26 November 2009. \n\nFollowing Admission, the Company will have 33,142,596 Ordinary Shares in issue, all of which carry voting rights.
