This replaces paragraph\nthree of the statement. Further to this, it should also be noted that Toby\nBrown Limited, Browns Cosmetics Limited, Browns Haircare Limited are previous\nappointments, not current appointments.\n\n\n\n\n\n Board Appointment\n\n\n\n\n\nTristel plc, the AIM listed provider of infection and contamination control\nproducts, announces the appointment of Mr Bruce Green as a non-executive\ndirector to the Board with immediate effect.\n\n\n\nMr Green, aged 63, has acted as a consultant to Tristel since the incorporation\nof the Company in 1993. He is the original inventor/pioneer of Tristel's\nproprietary chlorine dioxide technology and signed over the patents to Tristel\nat its admission to AIM in June 2005.\n\n\n\nMr Green is currently interested in 864,016 Ordinary 1p Shares, representing 3.2\nper cent. of the Company's issued share capital.\n\n\n\nMr Green is a Chartered Scientist, a Chartered Chemist and a member of the Royal\nSociety of Chemistry.
