Ian Reeves will remain a Non-Executive Director and the Chair of the Sustainability & Impact Committee.\n \nTracey joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company in November 2018 and is a member of the Audit and Sustainability & Impact Committees, and Chair of the Management Engagement Committee. Tracey will bring to the new role the extensive industry experience gained as an executive and non-executive director in the care and support sectors. Tracey was previously a non-executive director to L&Q Group, one of the UK's largest Housing Associations and developers, and was Managing Director of Caring Homes, a leading provider of care homes for the elderly.
