GAAP guidance assumes a tax rate of 21.0 percent and non-GAAP guidance assumes a tax rate of 17.4 percent. Both GAAP and non-GAAP earnings per share assume approximately 242 million shares outstanding.\nFor the third quarter of 2025, Trimble expects to report revenue between $850 million and $890 million, GAAP earnings per share of $0.34 to $0.43, and non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.67 to $0.75. GAAP guidance assumes a tax rate of 19.0 percent and non-GAAP guidance assumes a tax rate of 17.5 percent.
