Details of the proxy voting will shortly be lodged on the Company's web-site: www.trifast.com/Shareholder Information.\n \nNotice of Half-Year Results and Electronic Communications\nIt is intended that the Company will announce its Half-year results for the six months ended 30 September 2010 on 16 November 2010.\n \nOnce again, the Company is not proposing to bulk print and distribute hard copies of the full Half-year statement and financials unless specifically requested by individual shareholders. It is intended that a summary of the Half-year results will be posted to shareholders on the day of the announcement to the London Stock Exchange.
