[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0850S Trifast PLC 19 September 2014 \n\n \n \n \n \nFriday, 19 September 2014\nImmediate Release\n \n \n \nTrifast plc\n(the 'Company')\nAnnual General Meeting \n \n \nResult of AGM\nAt the Company's Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") held yesterday (18 September 2014), Malcolm Diamond MBE, Executive Chairman and the Board of Directors of the Company addressed shareholders and all Resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands. The number of shareholders in attendance was 19.\n \nThe Resolution proxy votes will be provided on the Group's website, www.trifast.com; details can also be made available on request from the Company Secretary. The issued share capital at the date of the Meeting is: 113,455,406.\n \nIn accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2R, a copy of the Resolutions passed as Special Business at the AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. \n \nDividend\nFollowing Shareholder approval at the AGM, the final dividend of 1.00 pence (net of tax) per ordinary share will be paid on 17 October 2014 to Shareholders on the Register as at the close of business on 27 June 2014.
