Upon the publication of this announcement via the Regulatory Information Service, this inside information is now considered to be in the public domain.\n \n \n\n \nLondon, Tuesday 23 July 2024\n \n \nTRIFAST PLC\n(Trifast, Group or Company)\n \nPublication of the FY24 Annual report\nand\nConfirmation of revised dates for the roadshow presentations\n \n \n \nFurther to the Company's announcement on 2 July 2024 the Company's auditors BDO LLP has confirmed that it expects to have completed its audit process at the end of this week.
