[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8111K Trifast PLC 27 June 2014 \n\n \nFriday, 27 June 2014\nTrifast plc\n(the \"Company\" or \"Trifast\")\nPDMR Exercise of Options and Share Sales \n \nExecutive Directors' holdings increase \n \n\n\n\n\nTrifast plc (Symbol: TRI), the international fastenings group announces that on 26 June 2014, the Company issued 1,750,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of options by a number of Directors and employees under the Company's Unapproved 2009 Share Option Plan. Subsequently these ordinary shares have been successfully placed by Arden Partners plc with a number of institutions, largely in order to meet Tax and NI obligations triggered on exercise.\n \nThe Directors notified the Company of the transactions pursuant to DTR 3.1.2 on 26 June 2014.
