[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1620T Tribal Group PLC 18 March 2019 \n\n18th March 2019\n \nTribal Group plc\n(\"Tribal\" or the \"Group\")\n \nAppointment of Chief Executive Officer \n \n \nTribal (AIM: TRB), a leading provider of software and services to the international education market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Pickett as Chief Executive Officer (\"CEO\") with immediate effect. \n \nMark joined Tribal in July 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and has since then been a key member of the Board helping lead the turnaround of the Group. In September 2018, Mark was appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer whilst retaining his position as Chief Financial Officer.\n \nTribal also announces that Paul Simpson, Tribal Global Financial Controller, will, with immediate effect, take on the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer (non-Board appointment). Paul is a chartered accountant, and joined Tribal in December 2016 from Jelf Group plc, where he was Group Financial Controller.\n \nRichard Last, Executive Chairman, commented:\n \n\"Since taking on the role as Acting CEO, Mark has shown excellent leadership, strategic thinking and operational capability that gives me great confidence that he is the best person to take Tribal forward.
