[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 1274P Tribal Group PLC 19 March 2009 \n \nTribal Group plc\n\nAcquisition of Newchurch - Further consideration\n\n\nOn 27 January 2009 Tribal Group plc ('Tribal' or the 'Group'), the provider of consultancy, \nsupport and delivery services to the public sector in the UK and internationally, announcedcompletion of the acquisition of Newchurch Limited ('Newchurch'). \n\nAs announced on 16 January 2009, as part of the initial and further consideration payments for the acquisition, Tribal will be issuing new ordinary shares of 5p each in Tribal ('New Tribal Shares').\n\nAs part of the further consideration payment made today, Tribal has become obligated to issue a total of 471,237 New Tribal Shares to various vendors.\n\nApplication will be made for the admission of the New Tribal Shares to trading on the Main Market of The London Stock Exchange ('Main Market'). It is expected that the New Tribal Shares will commence trading on the Main Market on 24 March 2009.
