[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 8098G\n Triad Group Plc\n 31 March 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) No. 213800MDNBFVEQEN1G84\n \n \n Triad Group Plc\n (\"Triad\" or \"the Company\")\n \n Grant of Restrictive Share Units\n \n \n The Company announces the grant of restricted share unit (\"RSU\") awards with respect to ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") to Executive Directors under the Triad Employee Share Incentive Plan and Directors' Remuneration Policy, each approved by shareholders at the Company's General Meeting on 25 March 2022.\n \n \n Adrian Leer, Managing Director, has been granted 60,000 RSUs, Tim Eckes, Client Services Director, has been granted 60,000 RSUs and James McDonald, Finance Director and Company Secretary, has been granted 60,000 RSUs, where each RSU that vests shall represent the right to receive payment of one Ordinary Share. The exercise price of the RSUs is 135p per Ordinary Share.
