The notice of meeting and the accompanying Circular and related materials are now available under the Company’s profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and on its website at www.trevali.com.\n In connection with the Meeting, the Company also announced the nomination of Jill Gardiner for election to the Trevali Board of Directors. The nomination of Ms. Gardiner follows the appointment of Richard Williams to the board in June 2019, filling the vacancies to be created by the retirements of Mike Hoffman and Tony Drescher from the Board of Directors, who will not be standing for re-election as directors at the Meeting. “We are very pleased to nominate Ms. Gardiner for election as a director at the Meeting and look forward to welcoming her to Trevali’s Board of Directors.
