(the "Company") is\npleased to announce the appointments of Board Members and Advisors to the\nCompany's wholly-owned subsidiary, Tres-Or (Ghana) Limited as progress\ncontinues toward commercial gold production from the Agudee Gold Project,\nGhana, West Africa.\n\n\nAppointment of Directors\n------------------------\nJOHNSON MANU, Ph.D. Geology\n\n\nDr. Manu is appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tres-Or\n(Ghana) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tres-Or Resources, a company\ndeveloping gold production on the Agudee Project, Ghana. Dr. Manu is a\ngraduate of Geology from the University of Ghana and holds a Masters and Ph.D.\ndegree in Mineralogy/Economic Geology from Technical University of\nBraunschweig, Germany. Dr. Manu completed an MBA Finance at the University of\nGhana and is a senior lecturer in the Department of Geology at the prestigious\nUniversity of Ghana. He is the author of various publications on the geology\nof Ghana's Birimian Gold Belt and his research and studies are widely\nreferenced. While teaching, supervising and evaluating final year student\nprojects, he is also an external examiner for Masters and Ph.D. student theses\nand reviewer for the Ghana Mining Journal and Journal of the University of\nScience and Technology. He has been involved in the preparation of technical\nreports for the UNDP regarding the exploration of gold, diamond and industrial\nmineral development in Ghana. His research includes determination of\nphysical/chemical factors for the formation of Birimian gold in Ghana and he\nhas consulted in the development of gold exploration activities for many\nGhanaian companies and entrepreneurs. Dr. Manu is providing hands-on expertise\nand project consulting services to Tres-Or in pursuit of assets in Ghana. Dr.\nManu is committed in involving Ghanaian nationals in the development of\nmineral resources and is providing education, a model framework for small\nscale miners and organizing the necessary aide and assistance for the peoples\nof Ghana. Dr. Manu was born in Ghana and is fluent in both English and German.\nHe is a member of the Ghana Institute of Geoscientists and Ghana Science\nAssociation.\n\n\nL.G.
