About this update from Tres-or Resources Ltd.

[{"type":"text","content":"\nDRILL TARGET DEFINITION UNDERWAY AT TRES-OR DUPARQUET GOLD PROJECT, QUEBEC\n\n\n Jul. 8, 2010 (TheNewswire.ca) -- Tres-Or Resources Ltd (\"Tres-Or\") is pleased to provide an update on exploration on the Company's Duparquet Gold Property in Quebec. The Duparquet Property extends 3 to 15 km east of the Beattie and Donchester past producing mines currently being re-evaluated by Clifton Star Resources Inc. and Osisko Mining Corporation (OOTC:OSKFF) (TSX:OSK) with a 120,000 m drill program (see Clifton Star news releases dated July 2, 2010 and February 18, 2010). The Tres-Or Duparquet project encompasses a land position of 1,515 hectares of claims which are situated north of the Porcupine-Destor fault, within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt that stretches from Timmins, Ontario through to Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. This prolific gold-bearing belt has generated over 160 million ounces of gold, with majority of the production associated with the Porcupine-Destor fault system.Tres-Or has completed a high-resolution ground magnetic survey on the western half of the Duparquet Property with 50 m line spacing, which has been integrated into our detailed geographic information system (GIS) data base. Preliminary interpretation of the ground magnetic data has identified the strongest magnetic anomaly on the property as extending 75 to 250 m on strike from the best gold intersection in historical Quebec government reports. This drill intersection from the 1940s is reported in Quebec showing report (GM 00695) as returning 1.7 grams per tonne gold over 1.16 m. The magnetic anomaly 75 m away on strike is much stronger than the ground magnetic readings over the historically reported drill intersection (refer to maps and figures available on the Tres-Or web site at www.tres-or.com).The current exploration program underway is focused on defining drill targets on the Duparquet property. On-site field work will recommence next week and will include detailed geological and structural mapping, with an emphasis on extending splay faults from the Porcupine-Destor fault and the Beattie and Donchester past producing mines across the Tres-Or property and identifying important cross structures for immediate follow-up work including diamond drilling.Laura Lee Duffett, President and CEO of the Company is the qualified person by the standards of National Instrument 43...
