The contract includes an upfront fee, monthly management fees and milestone-based payments linked to defined performance indicators.\nThe Company has begun launching the program into agreed-upon sites.\n\n· Later in October 2025, the Company entered into a second 12-month commercial contract with PSI Inc., another global CRO, to deploy its Trellus TrialSet™ solution across two late-stage immunology and inflammation clinical trials sponsored by Sanofi. This represents the Company's second commercial CRO contract following the launch of TrialSet™.
