Treatt PLC has announced that Non-executive Director Philip O'Connor will step down on February 28, 2026, after four years of service, including three as Senior Independent Director and as Chair of the Audit Committee. He will continue to assist with the finalisation of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending September 30, 2025.
