Dr. Lohr also waived options over 340,000 ordinary shares issued under previous EMI & Unapproved share option schemes.\n\nThe new options provide the right to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of £0.10 per Ordinary Share; the options are exercisable two years after the date of grant.
