The\ndifferences are the level of valid applications and the percentage applied to\nscale down allotments.\n\nThe Company announces that it has received valid applications for 17,235,000\nshares (with a value of £775,575) in the Offer which closed yesterday.\n\nAs there are only 11,111,111 shares available in the Offer (with a value of\n£500,000) applications have been scaled back.
