[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7187U Transense Technologies PLC 01 April 2019 \n\nTransense Technologies plc\n(\"Transense\" or the \"Company\")\n \nResult of General Meeting\n \nTransense Technologies plc, the provider of sensor systems for the industrial, mining and transportation markets, is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.\n \nIt is expected that Third Admission and Fourth Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 2 April 2019. On admission of the 950,049 Third Tranche Shares and 656,666 Fourth Tranche Shares, the Company will have 16,040,616 Ordinary Shares in issue and no shares held in treasury. \n \nIt is expected that Fifth Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 10 April 2019.
